Through the diagnostic form, we collect your professional email address and the description of your need. No data is collected without your knowledge, and this site does not use advertising tracking cookies.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to contact you and prepare your diagnostic. The legal basis is your consent (voluntary form submission) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business request.

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is intended only for the teams of IA-PROS. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. The form is processed on our hosting; any appointment booking goes through the third-party service Calendly, subject to its own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@ia-pros.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
